Purchasing an Investment Property (ies).
Hello Everyone
Some of you receiving this email would have received an email on a “Home Buyers Seminar” recently. This has now been fully booked. I have another unique opportunity for those who wish to know more about purchasing an investment property(ies).
Wayne Maguire from Premium Real Estate in Mission Bay will be hosting this event. The event is free of charge and the proposed dates are 23 and 24 February 2011. It will be in the evening.
The seminar will be based on:
- What do successful property investors know about the numbers that others don’t? It will cover the extra step in assessing an investment, that amazes those who don’t know it exists.
- Are you better off buying your own home or an investment property first? The answer may surprise you.
- Which developments are doing the best in Auckland? Let’s find out.
There will be a 15 minute (or more if required) Q & A on any real estate matter, like; market, processes, systems, how to deal with agents, hints, etc. This is a unique opportunity to ask anything further about real estate matters.
